Hamptons Striped Dress

This dress.  We are in love.  The gorgeousness and details make it.  It's a preppy dress with feminine details, such as the balloon sleeve and tiered ruffles.  The blue and white pin stripe is dainty and the shape is boho chic.  We will be wearing this Elan dress all spring and summer.  Perfect for casual or dressy occasions.
