Harlow Vest

We are OBSESSED with this Elan vest.  The dark tan color, with black is such a fresh combo. We love the stretchy stripes on the sides!  It has pockets, and an elastic waist band which makes it comfy and easy to wear.  It also has an extra wide neck when zipped up, making is so chic.  A must have for fall.
